For Meliá Hotels International, this is another way to retain talent within the company: fostering a culture of recognition that strengthens the relationship and enables us all to evolve as a company.

To ensure this, we carry out an employee satisfaction survey in hotels and corporate offices around the world every year which allows us to assess the satisfaction of our professionals. As a result of the information an Action Plan is created aimed at introducing improvements to ensure an optimal work environment in all of our different locations.
