Welcoming our new employees
The process of incorporating a new employee is not considered over until we are sure they are fully integrated into the team.
- Our e-learning training programme provides a global vision of the company and is available on the Employee Portal. We would like to introduce you to our virtual trainer, Marisol.
- We help the new employee integrate into their job, providing information about their department and the operation of the company.
- We encourage new employees to deepen their knowledge of the hotel sector, which is the heart of the company. The aim is to provide them with a solid foundation of the overall management of a hotel and that they can experience firsthand the roles of every one of the hotel departments.
- From human resources, we will monitor and guide them for the first few months to ensure their full adaptation.
